To start receiving procedures, you will need:

• Passport
• Sanatorium – resort card in the form No. 072/y (the validity period of the sanatorium-resort card is 2 months from the date of registration) we recommend that you register at the polyclinic at your place of residence with a general practitioner).
• A certificate of the epidermis is issued at the polyclinic at the place of residence, it indicates that the patient has not been in contact with infectious patients for 14 days. The certificate is valid for 3 days, not counting the road*

You can apply for a spa card in Sochi, arriving 1-2 days before the start of receiving medical procedures.

In the absence of a sanatorium card, the physiotherapist of BC Matsesta (holding) of Sochi has the right to refuse admission or postpone the appointment of medical procedures until receiving a sanatorium card.
